TRAINING & RETENTION MANAGER

Description Position at JBS USA Food CompanyREPORTS TO:
HR Director DUTIESSupervise the work of trainersWork directly with Safety Dept.
to ensure compliance and that policies/procedures are followed by trainersDevelop, plan, conduct and evaluate training programs such as Orientation, Management Development, ALT programs, QA training, work measurements, mfg methods, etc.
Oversee orientation and on-boarding processesIdentify training needs through regular needs assessments with department headsAnalyze turnover, absenteeism and injury trends - work directly with trainers to develop plans to improve resultsMaintain constant contact with operations to improve quality of training providedOversee employee focus groups directed at improving employee morale and resolving employees issuesResponsible for scheduling and completion of all annual trainingTrain supervisors in techniques and skills for coaching and motivating employeesMaintain records and evaluate program effectivenessOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
